Radiohead to claim their 6th No.1 album with “A Moon Shaped Pool”

They might have stuck it to New Music Friday and released A Moon Shaped Pool on a Sunday instead, but Radiohead's new album has gone straight in at number one, Digital Spy said.

The band have racked up 50,000 combined chart sales, scoring them their sixth chart-topping album.

Skepta tucks in behind them at number two with Konnichiwa, scoring the grime star his first Top 10 album.

Elsewhere, Beyoncé's Lemonade slips to three, while Drake's latest album Views drops three places to four and Gregory Porter's Take Me To The Alley completes the Top 5.

French composer Jean Michel Jarre enters at eight with his seventh Top 10 album Electronica 2: The Heart Of Noise.

Adele's 25 drops out of the Top 10 for the first time in an incredible 24 weeks, as James Blake's surprise release The Colour In Anything is new in at 13.

Finally, Prince's 39th and final studio album HITnRUN Phase Two debuts at 21 after being made available on physical formats last Friday.
