ICRC reps visit Armenian captive in AzerbaijanMay 31, 2016 - 14:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross' Azerbaijani office have visited an Armenian prisoner of war, Arsen Baghdasaryan, Azerbaijani media report. Baghdasaryan was taken captive on December 26, 2014. According to ICRC Baku spokeswoman Ilaha Huseynova, the mission visited Baghdasaryan on May 25. The captive and his family exchanged news through the ICRC, which, in accordance with its mandate, monitors Baghdasaryan's condition.
