30 Seconds to Mars’ “Camp Mars: The Concert Film” unveils 1st trailer

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first trailer for 30 Seconds to Mars' upcoming concert film "Camp Mars: The Concert Film" has been released for viewing pleasure. The film, which features the band's two-night performances at annual adult summer camp in Malibu, California, was directed by Jared Leto, AceShowbiz said.

"I know that campers have a great time out here, but Shannon, Tomo and I have an incredible time here as well," Jared says in a voiceover as the scene shows fans walking around the campgrounds, practicing archery and swimming while festival-sized crowds cheer in the distance.

"Camp Mars: The Concert Film" is set to be released on October 9 at 12 P.M. PT on VyRT, an on-demand Internet streaming platform founded by Jared in 2011.

30 Seconds to Mars hopes to make the camp event into an annual tradition. "The very first Camp Mars was pure magic," Jared says, "It was insane and amazing and we knew in the first five minutes we would be doing it again. Music, art, nature, friends, food and fun." The band will release their fifth studio album in 2017.
