Armenia may purchase Russian SSJ-100 for its flag carrier

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia has held negotiations with Armenia on the supply of SSJ-100 as part of creating a national air carrier, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told reporters, according to RNS.

"This concerns both Hungary and Armenia. On Tuesday (November 22) the matter was discussed, and we agreed to actively develop the initiative," the minister said.

He noted that Russia's interest lies primarily in the promotion of SSJ-100, which is, as Manturov said, the chief product in domestic civil aircraft industry.
