ICRC representatives visit Armenian hostage in Baku![]() December 8, 2016 - 15:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the Baku branch of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have visited Arsen Baghdasaryan, a Nagorno Karabakh citizen, currently held hostage in Azerbaijan. Zara Amatuni from the ICRC's Yerevan office said that Baghdasaryan and his family exchanged information through the ICRC employees. A former Armenian serviceman, who crossed the border in December 2014, Baghdasaryan was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment in Azerbaijan. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
