Azerbaijan violates ceasefire, shoots from SVD and Istiglal sniper rifles

PanARMENIAN.Net - More than 60 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh overnight on December 12-13.

In the reporting period, Azeri troops fired 900 shots from various caliber firearms. Violations were especially intense in the southern and eastern sections of the frontline where the rival employed machine guns, as well as SVD and Istiglal sniper rifles.

Karabakh defense army units refrained from retaliating to continue controlling the situation along the contact line.

Around 30 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line the night before.
