Armenia committed to new deal with EU, PM Karapetyan saysAugust 22, 2017 - 12:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is confidently moving towards signing the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement with the European Union, prime minister Karen Karapetyan has said. "At the moment, we see no turn of events that could result in the non-signing of the document," Karapetyan said, according to Sputnik Armenia. "But this is a negotiation process." The agreement will most probably be signed in Brussels in November. Armenia was previous negotiating an Association Agreement with the EU. Back in 2013, however, Yerevan rejected the deal to join the Eurasian Economic Union instead.
