Armenia ratifies visa-free travel for Moldovans![]() September 12, 2017 - 14:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Assembly on Tuesday, September 12 ratified visa-free travel for the citizens of Moldova, the parliament's website says. Introducing the bill to Armenian lawmakers on Monday, deputy foreign minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said the document will apply to holders of both diplomatic and ordinary passports. The Armenian government on August 6 approved a visa waiver regime for the Japanese citizens starting from September 6. Japan was the sixth country to receive a visa waiver from Armenia in 2017. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
