ALL-EUROPEAN FORUM ON COOPERATION IN SECURITY SPHERE HELD IN VIENNASeptember 5, 2002 - 22:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The all-European forum devoted to cooperation in the sphere of security, within the framework of which 55 OSCE member states hold permanent negotiations on military security and arms control, started in Vienna. Armenian ambassador to OSCE Jivan Tabibian represents the country at the forum. Matters of intensification of OSCE activities on struggle against extremism and terrorism, as well as problems of putting into practice the programs of fight against terror passed at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers in Bucharest last December and at Bishkek forum form the conference subject.
