TAROM launching direct Bucharest-Yerevan flights from April 3

PanARMENIAN.Net - Romanian flag-carrier TAROM has announced that it is launching direct Bucharest - Yerevan flights starting from April 3.

Per Wall-street.ro, rates start at 175 euros for a round-trip journey and include up to 33 kilograms of luggage, including a checked bag of up to 23 kilograms and a 10-kilogram cabin bag.

According to earlier reports, TAROM, Romania’s state-owned airline, has sold its two Airbus A310 aircraft to Armenia Airways, a newly-established company, for €5.5 million, Romanian media reported back in June.

Armenia Airways is a proposed Armenian carrier that plans to operate scheduled services from its base at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan, according to CAPA - Centre for Aviation.
