IN HEYDAR ALIYEV'S WORDS, ELECTIONS IN NAGORNO KARABAKH WILL NOT INFLUENCE NEGOTIATIONS WITH ARMENIAN PRESIDENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - The elections held in Nagorno Karabakh will not tell on the negotiations with Armenian President Robert Kocharian. Azeri leader Heydar Aliyev stated it in Nakhichevan a day before meeting his Armenian counterpart. According to "Zerkalo" Baku newspaper, these elections will not have any impact on the negotiation process on the Karabakh conflict settlement. "Everybody knew beforehand that elections would be held there. And who wins there is their business," - Aliyev noted.
