  Saakashvili facing military tribunal?September 26, 2008 - 13:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - European governments are negotiating whether Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili should face a war crimes tribunal for his attack on South Ossetia. The results of investigation carried out by the Russian military prosecutor's office and by the committee of inquiry at the prosecutor general's office will be produced.
