Karabakh conflict should be resolved "on basis of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity," Bryza says

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be resolved on the basis of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, the OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair said.

"We believe that the settlement should begin with the principle of territorial integrity and then include additional principles up to a compromise and framework agreement," Matt Bryza told BBC.

"We all should accept that according to the international law, Nagorno Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan. Armenia should agree to it. We know that Armenia has a different stance to the issue and we should use creative and constructive approaches to help Azerbaijan and Armenia come to understanding," Bryza said.
