"We believe that the settlement should begin with the principle of territorial integrity and then include additional principles up to a compromise and framework agreement," Matt Bryza told BBC. "We all should accept that according to the international law, Nagorno Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan. Armenia should agree to it. We know that Armenia has a different stance to the issue and we should use creative and constructive approaches to help Azerbaijan and Armenia come to understanding," Bryza said. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
