  Babacan: Turkey doesn't consider negative scenarios of development of relations with ArmeniaNovember 26, 2008 - 17:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Rapprochement between Turkey and Armenia will have positive impact on Azerbaijan-Armenia relations, Turkey's Foreign Minister Ali Babacan told journalists en route to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.Asked about the development of the dialogue with Armenia in case of absence of any progress in the Karabakh process, Mr. Babacan said, "We do not put negative scenarios on agenda during these meetings." He said he hails measures taken to promote the peace process, the Azeri Press Agency reports.
