Armenia reports 263 new coronavirus cases, 250 recoveries![]() August 20, 2020 - 11:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Armenia grew by 263 to reach 42,319 on Thursday, August 20 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 250 more people have recovered, three patients have died from Covid-19, while two others carrying the virus have died from other causes in the past 24 hours. A total of 1993 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 354,76 people have recovered, 836 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 251 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
