Armenia reports 634 recoveries, two deaths from Covid-19 in the past day![]() September 1, 2020 - 11:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 97 to reach 43,878 on Tuesday, September 1 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 634 more people have recovered, while two patients have died from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. A total of 989 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 38,356 people have recovered, 881 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 268 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
