  HEYDAR ALIYEV NOT EXCLUDE NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT WITH USE OF FORCEJuly 23, 2002 - 20:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev does not exclude the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with the use of force. Speaking at the meeting with the representatives of Baku media, Aliyev stated, if it is not possible to reach Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement, then it would be settled with use of force of the Azerbaijani national army. Thereupon the president spoke in support of the further increase of the power of the Army of Azerbaijan, "Interfax" agency reports.
