One Armenian civilian was killed, three others were injured when the Azerbaijani military opened fire on locals working on water pipes on a junction near the town of Shushi, the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) National Security Service reports.
All four of them sustained injuries and were immediately rushed to a hospital in Stepanakert, where one of them died, while the rest are being treated.
The National Security Service said it was working with the local police and the investigative committee to determine the details of the incident.
On October 9, another civilian from Karabakh, Aram Tepnunts (b.1966), was killed by an Azerbaijani sniper while working in his orchard near the town of Martakert.
