Aliyev told reporters on Wednesday, February 24 that Baku officially declared its desire to sign a peace treaty with Armenia. "Probably, at some stage this will happen, but in the current geopolitical realities, we must be realistic, we must not wish for what is impossible to achieve, but we must move towards establishing a lasting peace in the Caucasus," Aliyev said.
