Armenian, Turkish envoys meet again, this time in Vienna![]() February 24, 2022 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Special Representatives for the normalization process between Armenia and Turkey met in Vienna on Thursday, February 24, in the second encounter between the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan and Ankara's former Ambassador to the U.S. Serdar Kılıç. The two confirmed that the ultimate goal of the negotiations is to achieve full normalization between Armenia and Turkey, as agreed during their first meeting in Moscow in mid-January. They exchanged views on possible concrete steps that can be mutually undertaken to that end and reiterated their agreement to continue the process without preconditions. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
