Azerbaijan deploys Bayraktar drones, kills two Armenian soldiers

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military on Friday, March 25 launched a drone attack on the positions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army and deployed Bayraktar TB-2 drones, which left two Armenian soldiers dead.

The number of the wounded is still being clarified, but the Defense Army said earlier that five servicemen were injured in skirmishes overnight.

As of 2pm, the situation in the eastern section of the contact line remains "extremely tense", the Defense Army said.

On Thursday, Azerbaijan used drones to launch an offensive against Nagorno-Karabakh, capturing a village and positions nearby and injuring at least five Armenian soldier. It was reported on Friday, however, that lengthy negotiations of the Russian peacekeeping troops have not yielded significant results, and the Azeris have not returned to the starting positions.
