Karabakh President reshuffles Cabinet, appoints new Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan has appointed Sergey Ghazaryan as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Ghazaryan has now replaced Davit Babayan, the president’s office said on Wednesday, January 11.

Ghazaryan, meanwhile, had been serving as the Permanent Representative of Artsakh to Armenia since 2020.

Harutynyan made other changes too and reshuffled his Cabinet, appointing new Ministers of Justice, Social Development and Migration, and Urban Development.
