Azerbaijanis again shoot at civilian in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 5, Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire regime, this time targeting Robert Beglaryan, a 48-year-old resident of the Khnapat community of Askeran region, Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), the Interior Ministry of Karabakh reports.

The civilian was engaged in agricultural works with the involvement of a Belarus-82 tractor in the administrative area of Khnapat village, when the Azerbaijani servicemen began shooting at him.

The man was forced to cut short his work and go to police, the Ministry added.

In recent months, the Azerbaijani military has been targeting Karabakh civilians almost on a daily basis.
