  Azerbaijan opens fire on Armenian posts again September 13, 2023 - 13:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military again opened fire to target Armenian positions in near the village of Verin Shorzha, Gegharkunik province on Wednesday, September 13 morning, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.
