Nassim Taleb raises awareness Ruben Vardanyan’s arrest by Azerbaijan’s

PanARMENIAN.Net - Renowned thinker and philosopher Nassim Nicholas Taleb has raised awareness about the detention and arrest of Ruben Vardanyan – a businessman and millionaire who at one point served as the State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) – by Azerbaijan.

“Armenia needs help,” Taleb said in a post on X on Thursday, December 8.

“Just learned that my friend Ruben Vartanian is a prisoner in Azerbaijan. He had switched career from derivatives trader/philanthropist to leader of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

“He is not even treated as a prisoner of war, but as a ‘terrorist’.”
