Kanaker-Zeytun community head Arayik Kotanjyan does not disclaim the incident that took place between supporters of Republican Party of Armenia and Prosperous Armenia party. However, he denies that he was beaten.

According to Kotanjyan, the incident burst out during a debate on conduct of one of Prosperous Armenia members, who changes his party affiliation too often.
