Tomorrow the French diplomat will leave Yerevan. It is noteworthy, Hugh Perner is not going to visit Baku this time. It should be reminded, Perner succeeded France's representative to the Minsk group Philip de Suremain who was appointed ambassador to Ukraine. Perne is the head of the continental Europe department of the French foreign ministry. He worked in the embassy of France in Moscow, Washington and Kiev.
