Georgian PM to attend economic forum in Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will make an official visit to Azerbaijan on January 17.

As APA reports, citing the Georgian government’s press service, the main purpose of the visit is the participation in the 10th session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Economic Commission.

Members of both governments will attend the commission meeting. A private meeting between Georgian PM and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and subsequent joint statement for media is also planned.

The Georgian delegation includes First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani, the statement reads.
