Government to secure $45.3M loan for healthcare improvements

PanARMENIAN.Net - The government will secure a $45.3 million loan from the Asian Development Bank as part of a program to improve healthcare quality. The cabinet has approved the decision to sign the loan agreement.

The funds will be allocated for the construction of healthcare facilities, digitization of service quality evaluation processes, reforms in the licensing of medical institutions, development of human resources, and expansion of the electronic healthcare system.

The justification for the program highlights that improving healthcare service quality requires comprehensive reforms, including modernization of equipment, infrastructure, and human resources.
