Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has responded to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statements regarding possible peace negotiations. He made this statement on his Telegram channel.
Reacting to Putin’s remarks, Zelensky emphasized the need to increase pressure on Russia, asserting that peace can only be achieved through force. He rejected the Russian president’s initiative, Lenta.ru reports.
“We must act in a coordinated and decisive manner—all those who have the courage to believe in peace and bring it closer through force,” he stated.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that Moscow was ready for negotiations on Ukraine. According to him, the conditions for discussions should be based on the current realities on the battlefield.
