Bagrat Srpazan, reflecting on the tragic history of the Armenian people in a Facebook post, stated that “never again” must become the foundation of national thinking to ensure a strong state and security.
"Genocide is a tragic reality for us, and that is why 'never again' must become a system. We have endured genocide, and it must never happen again, just as it unfolded before our eyes in the case of Artsakh and our compatriots from Artsakh."
"Never again must become a philosophy of life—from the simplest act of cleaning the streets to solving the most complex national issues. Whatever is necessary for our country, our state, and our people must be done, regardless of how the world perceives us," he stated.
He added that the guiding principles must include the best education, a strong healthcare system, the most combat-ready army, and the most dignified police force.
