Armenia's roster of FIFA referees has expanded, reaching a historic milestone. For the first time, the country will have four referees and eight assistant referees, according to the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA).
Armenian referees have also been included in the VAR system, officiating international matches as video assistant referees.

The FFA Refereeing Committee reported that during a training camp in Cyprus from January 30 to February 8, special attention was given to match footage analysis and VAR system improvements.
Before the resumption of Armenia’s First League and FFA Youth Championships, a four-day seminar will be held at the FFA Technical Center/Football Academy. It will be attended by referees who did not participate in the Cyprus camp, as well as the 12 graduates of the 2024 Refereeing School.
