Erdogan recalls Aliyev conversation on peace process with Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed the press following a government meeting, reflecting on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s early March visit to Turkey.

He stated that during their discussions, they covered a broad range of topics, including the negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as reported by Minval.az .

"On March 5, during Ilham Aliyev’s visit, we attended the opening of the Igdir-Nakhijevan gas pipeline, which will fully ensure energy autonomy for at least 30 years," Erdogan noted.

He added that the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss numerous important issues with "brother Ilham Aliyev," particularly regarding peace negotiations with Armenia.

Earlier, it was reported that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who was visiting Turkey, participated via videoconference in the inauguration of the Igdir-Nakhijevan gas pipeline.
