Participants of a demonstration held in Denmark presented several demands to the government, primarily aiming at the release of Armenians detained in Azerbaijani captivity, reports Aravot.
They urged Danish authorities to publicly condemn Azerbaijan's human rights violations. Additionally, they called for the immediate release from Baku of Artsakh's military-political leaders, as well as all unlawfully detained Armenians and prisoners of war.
The protesters emphasized the importance of establishing an international commission to investigate the torture and inhumane treatment of Armenian detainees in Azerbaijani prisons.
They also demanded that Denmark take the initiative in imposing sanctions on Azerbaijani officials involved in human rights violations.
The final demand pertained to submitting a claim against Azerbaijan to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to hold it accountable.
