Addressing Azerbaijan’s new demands, Kocharyan emphasized: "Our Prime Minister has said he is ready to sign. If there are additional issues beyond those points, we need to discuss them. It is possible that we also have unresolved matters, for example, regarding prisoners. This may not be openly discussed, but it is on the agenda." Since March 16, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense has been spreading misinformation several times a day, alleging gunfire from the Armenian side.
