Armenia allowed to export fish products to EU![]() March 24, 2025 - 17:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has officially received authorization to export high-quality aquaculture products, including species of scaled fish and their derivatives such as roe, to European Union member states starting March 16, 2025. This was announced by Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on European Integration. He noted that this approval came after a prolonged process, Armenpress reports. “Starting March 16, Armenia is officially permitted to begin exports of high-quality aquaculture, scaled fish, and related products such as roe to EU countries. This was a lengthy process; it was first mentioned back in 2011, and now it has been successfully concluded,” said Hovhannisyan. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”.
