High dust pollution reported in four Yerevan districts![]() March 29, 2025 - 13:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Dust concentrations exceeded the permissible limit in several Yerevan districts from March 19 to 25, according to Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center. The report on atmospheric air pollution during the specified week revealed that dust levels surpassed acceptable concentrations in four administrative districts of the capital. ▪️ In Kentron district, the levels remained high throughout the week. ▪️ Nor Nork saw similar conditions for nearly the entire week. ▪️ A spike in dust was recorded in Shengavit on March 21. ▪️ In Arabkir, elevated dust levels were observed on March 19. Meanwhile, the levels of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide remained within the allowable limits during the same period. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
