  RA President doesn't rule out amnestyMay 28, 2009 - 14:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan called on political forces, NGOs and Public Council to request him to pardon those arrested or under examination in March 1 case.The announcement was made in Sardarapat today. "If I receive such, I can address the National Assembly. However, the application should be legally grounded so I can use my constitutional right to amnesty," President Sargsyan said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
