The opening and closing ceremonies are scheduled at Ganja Central Stadium. Aygul Agayeva, head of security and operations at Baku City Circuit (BCC), stated, “We are sending out invitations to countries. Armenia’s participation is not confirmed yet. Any updates will be announced,” according to APA. Armenia’s Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan, stated during a press briefing that the Armenian government will review the proposal to send athletes to the event. “We will discuss and make a decision in the near future. This depends on various factors, including security measures,” said Andreasyan, as reported by Sputnik Armenia. She emphasized that a decision will only be made once all necessary information has been received.
