Professional development courses for high school teachers launched in YerevanJune 16, 2009 - 15:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Bryusov Yerevan State Linguistic University hosted an official opening of professional development courses for high school teachers in ArmeniaThe opening was attended by Bryusov YSLU Rector Suren Zolyan, National Education Institute Director Norayr Ghukasyan and Educational Programs Center Director Karine Harutyunyan. Professional development courses, organized by RA Education and Science Ministry and Educational Programs Center, will involve 200 high school teachers of foreign languages from all the regions in Armenia. Professional development courses include 3 sections: methods of foreign language teaching, testing methods, information and communication technologies. 38 high schools will be opened in Armenia with the assistance of EC, to enable students to continue their education in humanities, natural or exact sciences.
