Political crisis partially surmounted
The events that took place in Armenia on March 1 and 2, 2008 are the saddest page of Armenian history has not been turned yet, said Eduard Sharmazanov, a spokesman for the Republican Party of Armenia.
The authorities and specifically President Sargsyan are doing all in their power to overcome the political crisis, according to him. "It's hard to bring the country back to its old ways after those clashes," he said.
At that, Mr. Sharmazanov noted that the crisis was partially surmounted and there are prerequisites "to turn a new leaf."
