KRASNODAR TERRITORY GOVERNOR SETS NEW CONDITIONS, IN CASE OF FULFILLMENT OF WHICH, HE TO AGREE TO RECEIVE ARMENIAN DELEGATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Krasnodar Territory's governor Aleksander Tkachev has addressed Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian a letter stating the Territory's leadership is ready to receive the Armenian delegation May 30-31. It should be reminded, the May 15 visit of the parliamentary delegation to Krasnodar did not take place as the governor stated he was busy with preparation for President Putin's visit and could not meet with Armenian deputies. Meanwhile, it is known the visit terms, delegation structure and spectrum of the issues to be discussed had been discussed for a month and a half. Now governor Tkachev sets new conditions and claims the Armenian delegation does not include parliamentarians but the representatives of the government. It should be noted, the Armenian delegation intends to visit Kuban to clear up the situation regarding the threat of the expulsion of Armenians from the Territory.
