On June 24, 2009, RA Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Ghazinyan and Chinese Ambassador to Armenia Hong Jiuyin signed an agreement on technical-economical collaboration between RA and Chinese Governments, RA MFA Press Service reported.

The agreement stipulates for technical assistance of 15 million yuan (USD 2 million) to Armenia.
