Armenian parties are waging a struggle for oppositional electorateJune 24, 2009 - 23:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "I believe it's too early yet to speak of actual collaboration between RA National Congress, ARF Dashnakrtutyun and Heritage," Eduard Sharmazanov, RA Republican Party Parliamentary Faction Secretary told a news conference. According to Sharmazanov, ARFD and Armenian National Movement have a number of differences which aren't restricted to politics only. "This is why Heritage's collaboration with ARFD is possible in opposition filed in the Parliament, and with Armenian National Movement outside it." Sharmazanov also emphasized that 3 political forces mentioned above are preparing for 2012 parliamentary elections, and all of them need to win over the oppositional electorate. "I believe ANC has nothing left but rallies to use as a means of influence during election campaign," he noted. Dwelling on ANC policy, Sharmazanov emphasized Republican Party's support of civilized political struggle. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
