RA Financial Ombudsman's Office conducted a seminar in VTB Bank Armenia
On July 6, VTB Bank Armenia Head Office hosted a presentation seminar entitled, ''RA Financial Ombudsman: legislation, structure, goals and tasks'', VTB Bank Press Service reported.
The seminar was conducted at a professional level by Financial Ombudsman Office expert Hranush Aghayan and Office's attorney Hayk Hovhannesyan.
Heads of VTB Bank Armenia's subsidiaries, as well as lawyers and experts, engaged in promotion of retail services, development of subsidiaries' network and private person's service participated in discussions.
Seminar participants were particularly interested by applications of private persons who sustained losses as a result of wrongful acts of financial institutions.
