ArmRosgazprom carries on its investment policy despite the financial crisis.
"The main task is construction of 5th generating unit and modernization of the Hrazdan thermal power plant. In total, a sum equivalent to $200 million will be invested," said Karen Karapetyan, director general of ArmRosgazprom.
"With successful implementation of the project, the company will increase energy export volumes," he said, adding that due to fall in prices at the international market Hrazdan-5 administration's expenditures reduced by 8-9%.
