ACTIONS IN MEMORY OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE IN OTTOMAN TURKEY TAKING PLACE IN FRANCE

PanARMENIAN.Net - As «Arminfo» was reported in the press service of the Armenian MFA, April 21 a liturgy in the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims was hold in the Cathedral of Paris Blessed Virgin. Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France Eduard Nalbandian, the heads of the Armenian Apostolic, Catholic and Evangelical Churches participated in it. Today in the evening the youth organizations will organize a procession with lighted candles in the Bastille Square in Paris. April 24 eternal fire will be lighted and wreaths will be placed at the grave of the Unknown warrior under the Parisian triumphal arch. Such actions will be held in many cities of France: Marseilles, Lion, Grenoble, Valance and others. The memorial to the Genocide victims will be unveiled in Seizo.
