This is already the second meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. The officials discussed issues related to a possible meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in the framework of the forthcoming CIS summit in Chisinau, as well as issues related to the negotiations process over the Karabakh conflict and the Madrid principles.
