Armenian Army's alertness allows to repulse any aggression. Armenian defense minister, Security Council Secretary Serge Sarkisian stated this. While commenting the statement of Azeri defense minister Safar Abiyev that "Azeri Army is able to get to Yerevan and even get over it", Serge Sarkisian noted that "Abiyev promised that a year later after his appointment, he would have tea in Stepanakert". "As you see his dream has not come true", said Sarkisian.
