Companies with annual turnover exceeding AMD 1 billion subject to obligatory audit

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Government of Armenia on 22 October amended the law "On Financial Report", setting the boundaries for obligatory audit and publishing the annual accounts of companies with annual turnover surpassing AMD 1 billion.

As the Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan said, the changes will help medium-sized businesses with annual turnover with 500 million AMD in 2009 to overcome the transition period in 2010, and in 2011 they will subject to the earlier law.
